The Challenge

What they were dealing with

Mr. Adetayo operates several physical gaming shops across Nigeria and needed a proprietary crash game that his business owned outright. Licensing an existing game meant ongoing revenue sharing and no control over the odds. Building from scratch meant solving three non-trivial engineering problems simultaneously.

Build a crash game server from scratch

There was no existing codebase to start from. The round lifecycle engine, multiplier curve generation, bet management, and settlement logic all had to be designed and built from the ground up, production-ready from day one.

Configurable RTP without breaking statistical integrity

The algorithm needed operator-controlled RTP settings that could be tuned per venue or per period, without introducing exploitable patterns in the crash distribution or deviating from the target house edge over time.

Provably fair verification with no trust assumptions

Players needed the ability to independently verify that crash outcomes were not manipulated by the operator. This required a cryptographic commitment scheme baked into the round generation process before any bet is placed.

The Solution

The SuperViator game engine

Two core technical deliverables and two business outcomes that fundamentally change the economics of running a crash game across multiple venues.

Configurable RTP engine

The crash multiplier curve is generated using a seeded algorithm with a built-in house edge parameter. The operator can set target RTP per venue or per time period through a secure back-office panel without touching the game server code. Outcome distribution is validated statistically across simulated runs before any parameter change goes live.

Provably fair round generation

Each round's crash point is derived from an HMAC-SHA256 hash of a server seed and a player-provided seed, committed to before play begins. The server seed is revealed post-round. Any player can verify any historical round outcome independently using the published formula and seed history, with no trust in the operator required.

Full algorithm ownership

Mr. Adetayo owns the SuperViator source code and intellectual property outright. There is no software license, no provider contract, and no expiry on the right to operate, modify, or deploy the game across any number of venues.

Zero GGR sharing

Licensed crash games such as Aviator require operators to share a percentage of Gross Gaming Revenue with the provider on every round played. SuperViator eliminates that cost entirely. Every naira of house edge stays within the operator's business.
